Terms and Conditions for Online Payment of OPENACCESS APPLICATION Fee as per MSEDCL Rules.

1. International cards are blocked for paying Registration Fee.
2. Please note that gateway charges, taxes will be applicable for payments.
3. The online payment service will be unavailable from 11:40 pm to 3:15 am daily.
4. To avoid fradulent transaction, it is recommended not to reveal details of your card to anybody; make payment yourself without going through any channels/agents.
5. Do not open multiple payment windows simultaneously. For multiple registrations, make payments one at a time.
6. Do not press 'Refresh' /'Back' Button while making Payment.
7. To proceed with payment please verify the registration details.
